What's new in Mukala
You can now see every Mukala update in one place, newest first, from What's new in the menu. A small dot tells you when there is something you have not seen yet.
Faster Products page with search and sorting
Search filters as you type, every column sorts with a click, and filters show as chips you can clear in one go. Your filters stay in the link, so going back or sharing a page keeps them.
Shopify traffic on your dashboard
Your dashboard now shows real Shopify sessions, conversion rate and where visitors come from, refreshed automatically. Turn it on by approving the reports permission for the Mukala app in Shopify.
Customer satisfaction score
A new score from 0 to 100 shows how well your shop is looking after customers, based on delivery, refunds and support response times. It lists which signals are counted, so you can see what to connect next.
Support numbers count replies correctly
Support stats now count first replies and resolved issues accurately, including replies from your support assistant. Follow-up messages no longer reopen issues that were already answered.
Discord support assistant is always on
Your Discord support assistant now runs on Mukala's servers, so it keeps answering even when your own computer is off.
Signals tailored to your shop
Signals shows platform updates that matter to your shop, grouped by platform, with filters and a read state. Updates are pulled from official changelogs on a schedule, and anything added by hand is labeled.
Weekly Drop shows the real product
Weekly Drop now shows the actual product video, frames and listing copy for review. Anyone on your shop team can download everything at once or one file at a time.
Agent shopping readiness
A daily check shows how much of your catalog AI shopping agents can find, and Sales now breaks orders down by channel.
Clear labels for data that stopped updating
When a data source has not updated recently, its badge now reads STALE instead of LIVE, so you never mistake old numbers for current ones.
Order updates restored
Order data is flowing again after a data connection was renewed. Nothing was lost while it was paused.
Better link previews
Links to Mukala now show a proper title, description and image when shared in WhatsApp, X and Discord. Previews never include any shop data.

Mukala has a new panther icon in browser tabs, on your home screen and in the installed app.
Scheduled nightly maintenance
Planned updates now happen in a nightly window from 2:00 to 2:30 AM ET and usually take under a minute. The window is shown on the sign-in page.
